Multichannel Production Company of the Year

Firecrest Films has been named as the best multichannel production company in the UK at the 2024 Broadcast Digital Awards. The judges cited Firecrest as "a best in class supplier" and our output as "standout".

This reflects our strong run of recent films and series including Liar: The Fake Grooming Scandal (BBC Three),  Murder Trial (BBC Scotland and BBC Two), Highland Cops (BBC Scotland and BBC Two) and Paramedics on Scene (BBC Scotland).  Separately, Murder Trial won the prestigious Documentary award at the same ceremony.  Broadcast said, "Recent output has cemented Firecrest's presence among the UK’s leading factual producers."

The award also reflects our company culture and the investment we have made in building a brilliant team in Govan and creating and sustaining a first class documentary talent pool in Scotland
